About Treya
Treya Digital is a boutique creative marketing agency that helps lifestyle and wellness brands with brand storytelling, strategic content, and marketing systems. If you're used to or looking for a "corporate" environment - this is not it!
This is a position that I'm hoping will be with me long-term if I find the right fit (turning into full-time once it makes sense to do so). I have been building up the brand and finally at a stage where I need support because we're growing. So I'm looking for someone who is:
✓ comfortable in problem solving — something doesn’t work, how can we make it better
✓ creating better workflows — organized, efficient, makes the process better than it was
✓ thinks strategically — makes informed marketing & content decisions based on research/data/culture/etc
✓ create content to grow the social accounts — feels comfortable being filmed, talking on camera and ideation
What You'll Be Working On
Content & Socials
Help grow Treya's own content by bringing fresh ideas, creative perspectives, and a pulse on what's working online.
Edit dynamic, engaging short-form videos for social media and design aesthetic, attention-grabbing carousels in Canva.
Capture BTS content during shoot days, then upload/organize the assets for the editing stage
Feel comfortable talking on camera and filming educational content
Manage and maintain the Treya content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Review all internal and client content for quality before publishing or delivery.
Strategy, Research, & Systems
Research industry trends, audience behaviors, and high-performing content opportunities
Help build and maintain our internal research and strategy database
Analyze content performance monthly
Document SOPs and internal processes as the agency grows
Organized project management skills with working knowledge in Google Drive, Notion, and Airtable (or any pm software)
Qualifications:
Must be local to Austin
Available in person 2-3 times/week (must have flexible schedule)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant marketing and/or content experience
Skilled at managing multiple projects and moving pieces simultaneously
Comfortable on camera and filming behind the camera
Proficient in Canva and at least one video editing tool (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
Receptive to feedback and able to take ownership without needing step-by-step direction
Proactive, receptive to feedback, and able to work independently without being chased
We’re probably a great fit for you if you…
Are chronically online, and naturally aware of trends, culture, and what makes content stand out
Have a great eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling
Gets excited about organizing systems, improving processes, and making things more efficient
Enjoy thinking outside the box, testing new ideas, and analyzing what makes something perform
You finish your work and immediately start looking for the next thing that could be improved
Are organized, reliable, and proactive
How to apply:
To apply, click below and complete the short application form.
You’ll be asked to share past creative work and create a 30 to 60 second reel introducing yourself using B-roll, editing, music, captions, or voiceover in whatever style best represents you. We’re more interested in seeing your aesthetic, editing style, and storytelling ability.
There is no deadline to submit. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Once we find our person, this will be gone. Can’t wait to see what you create!
